The Opportunity
We're seeking experienced Operating Room RNs to join the Surgical Services team at MultiCare Valley Hospital, a 123-bed acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center in Spokane Valley. This is an opportunity to work alongside highly skilled surgeons and multidisciplinary teams while providing expert perioperative care across a variety of surgical specialties. Valley Hospital offers a collaborative environment where nurses are valued clinical partners and supported in their professional growth.
Incentives
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, depending on experience and education
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance, depending on distance of move
Position Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
- Current BLS Certification required
- Certification in specialty area preferred
- Current OR experience - 1+ years in a hospital setting
- Must be willing to work call as required and some holiday work will be required
